茅ヶ崎でダイエット、パーソナルトレーニングを行うフレイバです。

先日の地区運動会のリレーで太ももが筋肉痛です（笑）

山を１００ｋｍ以上走ってるのに、たったの３００ｍくらいでなかなか強い筋肉痛・・

でもちょっと嬉しかったりします！（笑）


さて、メールでのお問い合わせが迷惑メールフォルダに入っていて気づかない事があります。
